The Agidid Sansalt choker is a motif meaning "bird's necklace" in the language of the indigenous people of North Africa.
Each of the beautiful patterns on the surface, carefully carved by hand, has its own meaning, symbolizing things, stories, and allegories.
The choker is designed to be worn around the neck, giving the impression of a clean neck, and is made of ebony wood, a very hard wood, in the center, which is typical of Adawat'n Tuareg. (*Ebony wood refers to ebony, a famous wood distributed from Asia through India to Africa.)
The contrast between silver and wood creates a subtle accent around the neck with a sense of presence.
